​Coach Runyon has always understood the value of fundamental skills, along with attention to detail to maximize performance. As a player, this approach has helped him find success on the field. He has also utilized that same philosophy as a coach. In his 13 years of coaching at the collegiate level, he has made it a priority to focus on player development through improving individual skills.
